I appreciate following people and their programs as a motivational/inspirational tool.

However when it comes to improving our quality of life so much of it you can do without a special program and I think most of us know this already. Exercise for a decent amount of time per week, get a decent nights sleep every night consistently and eat less unhealthy fast foods.

If we did this consistently for a year you would see a large improvement in your quality of life. The problem is that behaviorally we don't do this as a habit.

As with a lot of things its exciting at the start but you need to make it a habit and not a fad in your own life.

Lot's of people with money die younger than they probably could have - if this stuff is just common sense then why don't more people take advantage?
