not just children. industrialized food is bad for all of us: our bodies, our health, and our environment.

eschew products from the big food companies like Nestlé, PepsiCo, Tyson Foods, Mars, Mondelēz International, etc.

It is not food that they sell. What is on grocerie store shelves, are calorie units that have been adulterated for profit, the most toxic ingredient in all of it is, media. And media has an absolute power to supply demand, and has long operated in world detached from reality. The most egregious display is when a "food" products label, advertises itself, as bieng new packaging going so far as to base whole advertising campains on this. The unfortunate conclusion is that anyone who consumes this glop is going to suffer negative consiquences. Our world's biggest conspiracy, is working very very hard to not know, and pretend that there is a wide open "economy of sin", little indulgences that we ignore in each other or offer appologies on behalf of. Having followed this subject since childhood , and seeing the direct 1:1 negative and almost imediate relationship between consumption of factory food and my physical well bieng, and the dramatic improvements from rejecting all factory food as an absolute practice I am totaly dedicated to maintaining a diet of whole, real, foods. And lets say for argument that my experience is psycosymatic and has no real basis, then I spend a bit more time cooking than the average person, and eat a lot of good food that does not cost me much cash.
