I have been warning all my non tech friends to save money and to hold onto their jobs for the past 6 months. I've seen the decimation that AI is causing in all kinds of industries. I fear this is just the tip of the iceberg.
AI is not causing this. Misallocation of capital and tariffs are. Only the sellers of pans, picks, and shovels....have an AI business case.
As long as the AI bubble most people with suffer in the job market. Its degrading.
